A chance to revel in the sights, sounds and smells of world\u2019s rarest and most exciting cars, both old and new.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The event at the Sussex venue will take place on 8-11 July but had been in doubt after the government delayed the lifting of social-distancing measures and limits on mass events due to ongoing coronavirus case levels. That cast doubt on Goodwood\u2019s plans, but the event has confirmed on social media that it has been named as part of the Events Research Programme (ERP), which has run scientific studies at a number of events.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The decision means that all ticket, grandstand and hospitality pass holders will be able to attend as planned, including those who \u2018rolled over\u2019 tickets from the cancelled 2020 event. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As part of the ERP study, everyone attending the Festival must have either received two doses of Covid-19 vaccine at least 14 days before the event, or show proof of a negative lateral flow test taken within 48 hours of attending. Attendees will also have to consent to ERP and NHS test and trace requirements.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is naturally fantastic news for enthusiasts, as despite Goodwood\u2019s moderately successful SpeedWeek that was held behind closed doors and broadcasted live last year, fans have been begging for a taste of the real thing ever since lockdown started. Heck no!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">TikTok is announcing<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a new feature that will let users embed mini apps, called Jumps, into their videos. For example, if someone is making a cooking video, they could embed a link to the recipe app Whisk, which would allow viewers to pull up a recipe sheet inside of TikTok with the tap of a button.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This makes perfect sense in the grand scheme of things, and isn\u2019t likely to disrupt the simplistic nature of TikTok too much. Quite often creators are promoting a product or service in some way, meaning a quick link to a purpose built app within TikTok will extend that user experience even further.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">TikTok worked with a select group of companies to develop Jumps, including Whisk, Wikipedia, and Tabelog. In its announcement, TikTok says companies including BuzzFeed and IRL will have Jumps coming soon, and it\u2019s opening up applications for developers who want to create their own experiences.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"col-text-1 text-normal element-top-20 element-bottom-20\" data-os-animation=\"none\" data-os-animation-delay=\"0s\">\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1788 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/www.adfeeder.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Audi-Q4-e-tron-Sportback-9-of-11-1024x576.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"col-text-1 text-normal element-top-20 element-bottom-20\" data-os-animation=\"none\" data-os-animation-delay=\"0s\">\n<h1><strong>2026 could see the last combustion-engined Audi<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The unmistakable howl of the 5.2 litre V10, the relentless spool of the inline 5, synonymous with the Quattro, and so many more. There are some brands with engines so iconic, they became the real heroes of the cars that were sold. Although fantastic in so many ways, Audi\u2019s engines are what have often set them apart.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For lovers of a good old rumbling engine, it looks as though the end is in sight, and the silent revolution is now in full swing. Rumours are suggesting Audi will launch its final combustion engined car in 2026.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Audi&#8217;s range of electric vehicles is rapidly expanding. Since the 2018 launch of its first, the E-tron SUV, it has launched the E-tron GT fastback and the Q4 E-tron crossover, and it will reveal the A6 E-tron saloon and Q5 E-tron SUV in 2022.
